You need to be acting like the solutions provider you are. What you write in your marketing material should be touching a visitors emotions. In other words, instead of making it about you it should be about them. After all, they have a want and have found your page and are looking to see if you understand what it is they want. So instead of selling them just the dream give them the “how to.” Too many marketers sell the dream and fall down badly when it comes to “putting their money where their mouth is.” This builds more dis-trust within prospects and many fail to realize that if only they altered their thinking and actually gave their prospects stuff without asking for anything in return then the chances of creating relationships with them increase substantially.
And this means one thing – there will never really be a need to use that sales pitch. Once the barriers of trust are taken down, the chances your prospect seeing you as the person to help them achieve what they want becomes just a formality.
